No. Empregare is the system companies use to post jobs and receive resumes. The company offering the job conducts the selection process: they review resumes, administer tests, schedule interviews, set deadlines and attempts, give results, and hire.

## How to contact the company

- **Question about the job**: in the application, under [Applications](https://conectaser.empregare.com/pt-br/candidato/candidaturas), when the company has enabled this channel. Tap **Send a question to the company**; the answer appears there.
- [Messages](https://conectaser.empregare.com/pt-br/candidato/mensagens): only the company can start the conversation. After they write, you reply there.
- Interview invitation: when confirming attendance or notifying you cannot go, there is a message field for the person in charge.
- Outside Empregare: the company's website, social media, or job posting. We do not have contact info for who manages each job.

## What Empregare support does

We help with using the site and system errors: account access, resume, application, questionnaire, and video. We do not have access to company results, scores, or decisions and cannot change rules they set. When the case depends on the company, we can notify them, but the decision is theirs.
